Brief
Coordinating a proposal for 11 competition winning guests of a global hotel based in Dubai. Winners of the competition will spend 4 days in New York City and the client needed an exciting and unforgettable itinerary for the trip. Guests between 25-35 and mixed professions. 

What we do
With the client being a hotel group. they coordinated their hotel arrangements and left the fun stuff up to us. We wanted to give the guests a classic NYC experience without necessarily playing 'tourist', getting lost in the crowds of Times Square, and always having a drink in hand! 

Challenges
The client was internationally based and the guests wouldn't be chosen until 2/3 weeks before departure. This gave us limited information on the delegates, should they want to create something bespoke. This was easily overcome as we chose activities that would be enjoyed by anyone of any age. 

 

Programme
The team arrive to JFK late on a Wednesday evening and are collected at the airport by a private, luxury transfer. We arranged and delivered personalised goodie bags and welcome cards to be in the transport car on arrival including quintessential NYC favourites; Junior's cheesecake, B&W cookies and a bottle of Prosecco! (and travel flutes of course). We also provided guests with pre-loaded Subway tickets for their time in the city. 
The following day we arranged for private transfers to collect the guests from the hotel and take them to our cruise supplier on the Hudson. The guests enjoyed a happy-hour 'booze cruise' on the water including free-flow drinks and sunset! 
On day 3 the guests were collected from the hotel and taken to Queens, for a Mets Vs. Arizona Diamondbacks game at Citi Field. We coordinated F&B vouchers for the delegates as well as Metropolitan Bronze Seats, 16 rows off the Mets dugout, in-seat food and beverage service and Delta Club Access.
On the final day, the guests enjoyed a classic NYC brunch at Sarabeth's in Tribeca. We coordinated a private dining area, pre-set (and personalised!) menus and free-flow booze. 
Guests were were then taken back to the hotel in time for collection to the airport and their return flight back to Dubai.
